The mechanical property and deformation mechanism of twinned gold nanowire with non-uniform distribution of twinned boundaries(TBs) are studied by the molecular dynamics(MD) method. It is found that the twin boundary spacing(TBS) has a great effect on the strength and plasticity of the nanowires with uniform distribution of TBs. And the strength enhances with the decrease of TBS, while its plasticity declines. For the nanowires with non-uniform distribution of TBs, the differences in distribution among different TBSs have little effect on the Young's modulus or strength, and the compromise in strength appears. But the differences have a remarkable effect on the plasticity of twinned gold nanowire. The twinned gold nanowire with higher local symmetry ratio has better plasticity. The initial dislocations always form in the largest TBS and the fracture always appears at or near the twin boundaries adjacent to the smallest TBS. AD = 1 position-dependent mass approach to constructing nonlinear quantum states for a modified Coulomb potential is used to generate Gazeau–Klauder coherent states. It appears that their energy eigenvalues are scaled down by the quantum number and the nonlinearity coefficient. We study the basic properties of these states, which are found to be undefined on the whole complex plane, and some details of their revival structure are discussed. 相似文献

Cycloparaphenylene (CPP) shows modulated photophysical and electronic properties due to its strained structure and radially oriented π-electron system. Incorporation of CPP into metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) could transfer its extensive properties in solution to porous solids. Moreover, with the unique arrangement of the macrocycles and their interactions with the framework, emerging characteristics are anticipated. As an example of “robust dynamics”, we synthesized the first MOF structure (FDM-1001) with CPP precisely anchored to the ordered framework by employing a [8]CPP-containing linear dicarboxylate linker. Metric relationship between the dynamic macrocycles and the robust backbone creates ideal π-π interactions between them, which leads to an essentially directional arrangement of [8]CPP in the three-dimensional space. Furthermore, the MOF with [8]CPP could be successfully oxidized to generate an infinite array of radicals that show enhanced air stability compared to its molecular analogue. 相似文献

晶体硅表面钝化是高效率晶体硅太阳能电池的核心技术,直接影响晶体硅器件的性能。本文采用第一性原理方法研究了一种超强酸-双三氟甲基磺酰亚胺(TFSI)钝化晶体硅(001)表面。研究发现,TFSI的四氧原子结构能够与Si(001)表面Si原子有效成键,吸附能达到-5.124 eV。电子局域函数研究表明,TFSI的O原子与晶体硅表面的Si的成键类型为金属键。由态密度和电荷差分密度分析可知,Si表面原子的电子向TFSI转移,从而有效降低了Si表面的电子复合中心,有利于提高晶体硅的少子寿命。Bader电荷显示,伴随着TFSI钝化晶体硅表面的Si原子,表面Si原子电荷电量减少,而TFSI中的O原子和S原子电荷电量相应增加,进一步证明了TFSI钝化Si表面后的电子转移。该工作为第一性原理方法预测有机强酸钝化晶体硅表面的钝化效果提供了数据支撑。 相似文献

This study investigated the effects of different treatment of alkaline pH-shifting on milk protein concentrate (MPC), micellar casein concentrate (MCC) and whey protein isolate (WPI) assisted by the same ultrasound conditions, including changes in the physicochemical properties, solubility and foaming capacity. The solubility of milk proteins had a significant increase with gradual enhancement of ultrasound-assisted alkaline pH-shifting (p < 0.05), especially for MCC up to 99.50 %. Also, treatment made a significant decline in the particle size of MPC and MCC, as well as the turbidity of the proteins (p < 0.05). The foaming capacity of MPC, MCC, and WPI was all improved, especially at pH 11, and at this pH, the milk protein also showed the highest surface hydrophobicity. The best foaming capacity at pH 11 was the result of the combined effect of particle size, potential, protein conformation, solubility, and surface hydrophobicity. In conclusion, ultrasound-assisted pH-shifting treatment was found to be effective in improving the physicochemical properties and solubility and foaming capacity of milk proteins, especially MCC, with promising application prospect in food industry. 相似文献

针对水化硅酸钙纳米压痕模型忽视了压头与基底之间相互作用的问题,由尺寸差异引起的金刚石压头难以计算的问题,以及Wittmann模型无法得到实际接触面积的问题,提出了新的模型与计算方法.结合分子动力学方法,采用金刚石压头-Wittmann模型基底的组合方式构建无定形态水化硅酸钙纳米压痕试验模型.在建模阶段,考虑到压头模型与基底模型粒子间尺寸差异,提出了等比例替换模型,通过公式推导并就不同尺寸模拟结果验证了等比例替换模型的可行性.在计算阶段,提出了局部前处理的弛豫方法进行模拟.确定最大荷载位置处的接触面积为546 nm2,进而求出水化硅酸钙模型硬度H为0.84 GPa、折合模量Er为30.52 GPa.并通过纳米压痕试验,验证了模拟结果的准确性,证明了模型的科学性,对今后水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)纳米层面的模拟具有重要借鉴意义. 相似文献

利用第一性原理对Li原子掺杂C28的分子器件的热自旋输运性质进行了计算。在不同的温度场下,上下自旋分别为Li原子掺杂C28的分子器件中的空穴和电子提供了输运通道,在MJ1和MJ3分子器件中,热自旋电流随着温度增加而增大,但在MJ2分子器件中,热自旋电流先增大再减小。三种分子器件都出现了自旋塞贝克效应,MJ2还出现了负微分电阻现象,利用费米-狄拉克分布和自旋输运谱对其物理机理进行了解释。根据Li掺杂C28的单分子器件的热自旋输运性质,可设计新的自旋纳米器件。 相似文献

Sensitivity improvement of aluminum-based far-ultraviolet nearly guided-wave surface plasmon resonance sensor 下载免费PDF全文
An aluminum (Al) based nearly guided-wave surface plasmon resonance (NGWSPR) sensor is investigated in the far-ultraviolet (FUV) region. By simultaneously optimizing the thickness of Al and dielectric films, the sensitivity of the optimized Al-based FUV-NGWSPR sensor increases from 183°/RIU to 309°/RIU, and its figure of merit rises from 26.47 RIU-1 to 32.59 RIU-1 when the refractive index of dielectric increases from 2 to 5. Compared with a traditional FUV-SPR sensor without dielectric, the optimized FUV-NGWSPR sensor can realize simultaneous improvement of sensitivity and figure of merit. In addition, the FUV-NGWSPR sensor with realistic materials (diamond, Ta2O5, and GaN) is also investigated, and 137.84%, 52.70%, and 41.89% sensitivity improvements are achieved respectively. This work proposes a method for performance improvement of FUV-SPR sensors by exciting nearly guided-wave, and could be helpful for the high-performance SPR sensor in the short-wavelength region. 相似文献
